“Ara Amiryan” LLC was founded and registered in 2001 by customs clearance specialist Ara Amiryan and in November of the same year the company received its customs brokerage license from Ministry of Finance and Economy (N PL-185 from 26.11.2001).
Since 1994 and before company is registration, the founder of the company had worked in several commercial companies the main activity of which was selling/export of local products to CIS countries, and his major duties included processing of product related documents and customs clearance. Since 1998 Ara Amiryan has participated in trainings organized by training center of the Customs Department of RA (which later was reorganized into State Customs Committee of Armenia) and received qualification of customs clearance specialist.
