About Us

The Borisovka factory is located in the village of Tsghuk, Sisian, Syunik Marz. Borisovka LLC was founded in 2006. In 2010, a new production facility was built, and in 2012, a new warehouse equipped with German equipment. Since 2013, the construction of the company's second production unit has been underway and construction works were completed in the second half of 2017. It allows the production cycle to comply with the requirements of the HACCP system.

The company ensures its position in the market due to the use of high-quality equipment, compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, high discipline of employees, ensuring daily work with farmers, improving the quality of raw materials, and direct contact with international specialists.

Professional consultations on the production of Camembert and Mozzarella cheese for a new MAVETA program partner.

Within the framework of the Modernization of Vocational Education and Training in Agriculture in Armenia (MAVETA) project, on March 24-25, an individual consultation on the production technology of Camembert and Mozzarella cheeses was held for the project partner Borisovka Cheese Factory.

The consultation was conducted by Hans Knussel, a Swiss cheesemaker and consultant.
