Elite Plaza tower was developed by Elite Group in partnership with International Financial Corporation (IFC) and European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The tower was constructed in accordance to “A” class office building standards under the supervision of IFC experts. The energy efficiency of the building complies with EBRD’s standards, and the Fire detection & Alarm system is verified by IFC.

The premises of the building are suited for wheelchair accessibility (separate parking slots, special toilets). Furthermore, the building rests on rubber-metallic seismic bases – so called seismic “pillows” that make Elite Plaza tower resistant to earthquakes with magnitude of up to 9 on Richter’s scale.
